In the sparse case, this fails because rank-2 array is expected
Gpjax notebook for gpjax==0.12.2 (for python 3.10) and gpjax==0.13.2 (for python 3.11) Test GPJax notebook on py>3.9 and skip it on py-3.9

Rewrite the frontend to support the latest gpjax(>=0.12.2) on Python>=3.10.
